As our Campus Minister of the past three and a half years, Haley Feuerbacher, prepares to move with her family to Seattle, the Denton Wesley Foundation has been praying for our next minister to continue to facilitate the kind of courageously compassionate, intersectional, affirming, justice-seeking, survivor-forward, and Christ-following reconciling community that we strive to embrace and embody.

We are delighted and honored to announce that we will be welcoming Rev. Marianne Brown-Trigg to be the new Campus Minister of the Denton Wesley Foundation, starting on February 1! Meet Marianne: Rev. Marianne Brown-Trigg is a provisional elder from the Central Texas Conference. She’s a graduate of Southwestern University and Brite Divinity School. She currently serves as a solo pastor to two churches near Stephenville. Before this role, she spent many years in youth ministry. She is experienced in leading connectional ministries and has volunteered in various campus ministry efforts over the years.

Marianne’s husband, Andrew, is an accountant working towards his CPA. Together they have three girls: Cindy, 10, Chelsey, 8, and Charlotte, 6. Marianne has been a long-time admirer of the Wesley’s witness to God’s expansive love and justice. She is thrilled to be able to serve these campuses and grow in God’s Grace alongside all of you!
