Wesley Retreat - March 1st & 2nd, Lake Texoma

How does it feel to simply BE? To sit in the presence of the Divine? To find and practice peace? To connect with yourself, God, others, creation?

What does it mean to be HERE in your identity? To be uniquely you, as God has made you, with your particular strengths, experiences, passions, and stories? To live into and lean into that rich, deep, fusing space where you and God collide?

What is God doing NOW? How can your story continue in the Wesley’s story? How can the Wesley’s story be part of God’s story? How do we connect you and me and us with the story of what God is doing now in this world?

We’ll take a couple of days to play…pray…practice peace…learn about our strengths…discern our passions, needs, and callings…worship…vision for next year…have bonfires…hike…play volleyball…eat…do yoga…rest…and take in creation on the beautiful banks of Lake Texoma at Prothro Retreat Center.

Cost is $5/person, and reservations are required. We’ll leave from the Wesley at 4pm, and the retreat will conclude at 6pm the following day. (Late arrivals/early check-outs are fine, but you must arrange your own transportation in these cases.)
